Let's get down to brass tacks. The definition of an entrepreneur is someone who assumes addsitional risk for the potential to make additional profit.
There are no guarantees in business, nor life for that matter. Some people do really well. A lot of people don't. I can't change that. But I CAN share what I have done that works for me and what my successful friends do.
All business, any business, and any marketing campaign (which is what I mostly teach) has the potential to make a profit, a loss or nothing at all.
If you don't have the desire to take a risk to make extra gains, then keeping a job might be the best advice and work on your business building part time.
