JV ADDRESS PIPELINE

Anchor research → Tracerfy trace → identity validation → mail-ready list

1

LOAD PROSPECT LIST

Load your CSV (the triaged list works as-is). Needs at least a name column; email strongly recommended -- the domain is a research goldmine.

2

AI ANCHOR RESEARCH

Claude (with web search) researches each prospect: contact pages, CAN-SPAM footers, business registrations, bios. It returns a city/state anchor, any published business address, an approximate public age, and evidence links. Never guesses -- unknowns come back blank.

VERIFY VIA MELISSA

Two ways to run the trace. Automatic calls Tracerfy through your proxy and flows results straight into Stage 4 -- no files to move. Manual is the fallback: download the CSV, upload to Tracerfy's site yourself, then import results in Stage 4.

or

Prospects marked deceased or with zero anchor data are excluded automatically.

4

IMPORT TRACE RESULTS + VALIDATE

Import Tracerfy's results CSV. The validator applies the three rules that would have caught Tom Miller:

1. Name match -- returned name must match the target (nickname-aware).
2. Age sanity -- traced age within 8 years of the researched public age.
3. Geo sanity -- traced state should match the anchor state.

MAIL THE GREENS (Thanks.io)

Send a postcard, letter, or handwritten card to your green-verified list through Thanks.io -- print, postage, and NCOA all included. Because it tracks who got what and when, you can run this again later as a follow-up touch and it will only offer people you've already mailed.

The box with your product sample is still hand-packed by you -- this handles the cheap paper touches around it (the announcement postcard, the follow-up nudge).

Message (use %FIRST_NAME% to personalize):

Front image URL (postcard/notecard design -- your CloudFront works great; leave blank for letter):

Follow-up tip: mail the box-announcement postcard now with one campaign tag, then in a week or two run this again with a new tag and a "did it arrive?" message. Same verified list, pennies per touch, and multi-touch mail converts far better than one-and-done.
