Setup

Step 1 - Load Prospects

Paste candidates from research, Serper, YouTube, summits, marketplaces, or manual AI work. Format: Name | handle | website/domain | context.




Step 2 - Classify

Anthropic key is shown in setup. Classification endpoint can be added server-side once you want this version to score automatically.

Step 3 - Find Email / Contact Info

FindyMail, Hunter, and ScraperCity endpoints are pre-installed. Use domain search first when you only have a domain. Use person Email Finder when name + domain are solid.

Best email process for this list
  1. Use Melissa/Listware appended emails first. They are already address-matched records.
  2. Use business email domains as website/domain URLs when available.
  3. For missing domains, use Serper to find official site/social profiles from the person's name plus niche/context.
  4. Once a domain is found, try FindyMail or Hunter person lookup before spending on broader scraping.
  5. If person lookup misses, try FindyMail/Hunter domain search, ScraperCity Domain Email Finder, Snov Domain Search, or Prospeo Domain Search.
  6. For social profiles, use manual/assisted extraction: YouTube About/video description, Instagram bio/email button, TikTok bio, Facebook About.
  7. Only accept emails when the domain/profile clearly matches the person, then run a verifier before outreach. Ambiguous matches go to manual review.

Step 4 - Find / Verify Address

Run ScraperCity Skip Trace after you have a real name and ideally email. Melissa Personator is wired for append/verification once the key is present.

Step 5 - Traffic / Value Check

Use StatsCrop or Similarweb manually. Click StatsCrop on a prospect, copy the daily visitors estimate, then save it back to the row. This creates a history entry so you know the list was traffic-checked.
