Today I want to talk about how to get APPROVED for affiliate offers.

Yesterday, a friend of mine in the business made a Facebook post about the challenges he was having on his upcoming launch with affiliates.

It seems he was bombarded with approval requests from affiliates who wanted free access to the product.

This went nowhere.

First of all, his bar for approving affiliates is low.  If you have 25 sales, he approves you.

But not only that, if you have purchased one of his products, he approves you.

If you don't have a track record of sales, buy the product.  Don't ask for a comped copy.

Then, when the vendor gets your approval notice, he or she will see you've purchased a product.  Or that's how it is on Warriorplus.  

Another thing you want to do is explain you're making a bonus page to send the clicks to. That way, they won't be afraid you're going to send 10,000 clicks and no sales like some affiliates do.

If you're going to buy solo ad cicks or use safelists, do NOT promote direct to an affiliate offer.

Send the clicks to a bonus page.  And those who want to buy will then click through to the sales page.

Or just get people to opt in to your list.Then send out offers.

I've talked about it in other issues.  

But most all vendors know what Commission Gorilla is.  As I understand the pricing it's currently $49 a year but there's a coupon code (summer) that makes it half that.

I love the overview stats you get when you log into Commission Gorilla:

You don't HAVE to use Commission Gorilla. It's a very useful tool. But if you have a well done blog, or even an attractive sample bonus page, that will work.

All you need is a page builder where you add a review video and several bonuses below it.

You can easily build that in Elementor or any other page builder.  You can even use the built-in blocks in Wordpress.

Listen, AFTER vendors see you on a leaderboard or two, they'll be happy to comp you products.

Don't expect them to do it when you have no track record.

If you're struggling to get traffic, you'll need to hustle to get it in the beginning.

Youtube video vidoes can work well. Yes, a lot of people do them. But the do work.

Put together your own freebie on an email capture and offer it on Facebook.

Quora is another opportunity.

I talk about traffic in a lot of other issues.

The point is, you may have to dig and claw a little to get your first 25 sales.  But you CAN get approved without that.

If you BUY the product you want to promote AND explain you'll send traffic through a review page (with a url for a nice-looking sample), you'll get your share of approvals.

Do NOT send a crapload of traffic to a vendor that does NOT convert. They won't be happy campers.

Send the traffic THROUGH the review page to "wash the clicks."

In short, get EDUCATED about what it takes to be a good affiliate.  It's amazing how many people expect to make good money and spend no time getting at least a small dose of education.

JUST what I've explained above makes all the difference in the world.

A small dose of skill helps.

I mean, if you show the vendor a bonus page that looks like dog's breath, he or she won't likely approve you.

If you have one that's halfway attractive (and it isn't hard) then you got a good shot.

All you have to do is look at the bonus pages that likely arrive every day in your email box promoting offers.

Some of them will be nice looking.

Use those as your model and inspiration.

THIS is how you get approved.

And, coincidentally, when you use a bonus page, you increase your sales and conversions.

I've written elsewhere about bonuses. But either roll them yourself or get some quality plr and fix it up to look halfway decent, or even nice.

You want free products?

Trust me.

When you start making affiliate sales, getting free products won't be a problem. They'll be shoved at you every day by people begging you to promote.

How To Get Approved As An Affiliate

1.  If you're an existing Warriorplus.com affiliate, register to be an affiliate for the Affiliate Success Letter.

Depending on your stats in Warriorplus as an affiliate, you may be approved. But if you aren't, relax. There are other ways to get approved, as long as your refunds are under 5%.  If your refunds are over that, message me on getyoursupport.com and I'll handle it on a case-by-case basis.

2.  Subscribe to the Affiliate Success Letter

I'll approve you on a provisional basis.  Your ongoing approval will depend on your percentage of refunds and chargebacks.  You need to have refunds under 5% and chargebacks under 1% and continue on at the $5 / month level after 30 days.
