Today I want to talk about how to choose a page builder.

You CAN sell affiliate products ONLY using Youtube videos or Google docs.  There's always a free alternative if you're resourceful.

But if you're serious about making affiliate profits online, sooner or later you'll want to be able to build pages, just like the one you're reading now.

What You Use Page Builders For

1. Email capture pages

Most autoresponder companies now have email capture page builders. So in a pinch, you can use those.

2.  Presell pages

These are the page where you presell the affiliate offer.  You CAN do this in Wix or Google docs.  But it's nice to have a page builder and hosting. 

3.  Bonus pages

You CAN use Commission Gorilla pages for this.  But you might want to have your own page.

There are 101 page builders.

So it's a dizzying array of options.  I want to walk through the general choices to clarify things for you.

1.  New page builders with lifetime deals

You'll see these on JVZoo and Appsumo mostly.  All page builders were once new.  

But most of these that I see follow a similar path:  They launch with a big bang promising a lifetime deal.  And the idea is that after launch, they'll go monthly.  They look and sound super slick.

But what I see is the owner makes a big bunch of cash and the page creator dies or just remains stagnant.  It doesn't constantly innovate because there's no ongoing funds for programmers.

To pay programmers monthly, you need recurring billing coming in.  

2.  Page builders with annual deals

This is a more sustainable model. But still doesn't provide funds for ongoing improvements other than bug fixes.  So you'll at some point end up with a "behind-the-times" page builder that takes forever to adapt to market changes in style and design.

If you just can't stomach monthly fees, then these page builders are an option.

3.  Monthly fee page builders

The thing is, these monthly fees pay for programmers to improve the product.  Or should.

So one of the things you want to look at is, "Does the product make significant improvements regularly?

Or is static without much new innovation being added?  Just because the builder charges a monthly fee, or even a big fee, doesn't mean the owner will invest those funds to create new innovations.

I use Thrive Architect.  It's a modest fee paid quarterly.  

They make frequent improvements.

The Hidden Greed of Modern Page Builders

Now, I will say this:  Modern page builders have gone crazy. In the past, let's say you bought an html page builder. There was no restriction on how many pages you could build with it nor how many domains you could put it on.

Today, the page builders are placing severe limits on this. I'm NO fan of it.

20 or 50 sites doesn't sound like many. But if you're prolific in 2 or 3 years you'll blow by that number.

Thankfully, with Thrive Architect I'm grandfathered in on unlimited sites. Of course, if they sell the company, anything can happen then.

In the old days, Optimize Press was unlimited sites. Today, it's 20 on the base plan.  This is happening with almost all page builders.

The good news is Wordpress has released a feature called blocks.  It's not quite ready to replace your page builder.  But might soon do that.

Here's My Current Recommendation

Whatever page builder you want to run with won't be a deal killer.

1.  The free version of Elementor

Here you go.  It has limitations but for your affiliate marketing, it'll work.

2.  Instabuilder

It's not going to have the latest designs.  But it's easy to use.

3.  Thrive Architect

I do like it a lot.  But the limitations on the number of sites is a drawback. Thrivethemes.com

How to Make The Most Money With This

If you're going to do online marketing, sooner or later you need hosting and a page builder.

So as an affiliate, the logical thing to do is become an affiliate for hosting and page builders and promote them. That way, you bring in enough commissions to pay for whatever page builder you choose to use.

And you might even make a big profit on it.I would do a video review of it and offer a few bonuses.

How To Get Approved As An Affiliate

1.  If you're an existing Warriorplus.com affiliate, register to be an affiliate for the Affiliate Success Letter.

Depending on your stats in Warriorplus as an affiliate, you may be approved. But if you aren't, relax. There are other ways to get approved, as long as your refunds are under 5%.  If your refunds are over that, message me on getyoursupport.com and I'll handle it on a case-by-case basis.

2.  Subscribe to the Affiliate Success Letter

I'll approve you on a provisional basis.  Your ongoing approval will depend on your percentage of refunds and chargebacks.  You need to have refunds under 5% and chargebacks under 1% and continue on at the $5 / month level after 30 days.
