How to Test Your Hooks

Russell Brunson makes the best point about the benefits of doing live streams.  They allow you to throw out hooks as titles and see which ones your audience responds to.

In other words, they'll tell you what topics and titles they're interested in.  What gets their attention.  What's important to them.

Once you know that, it's easy to make offers surrpounding that topic.

So take my product The 20 Minute Promotion Machine.

I can do a live stream about how to promote in 20 minutes a week.

I can a live stream about how to reach Linked In, Twitter, Youtube and Facebook with just ONE live stream.

I can do one about the easy way to get views and opt ins.

I can do one about building a brand.

Then what you do is put the hooks out there and see which ones get the most views and response.

Then you use THAT as the hook in the subject line of your emails.  And you can promote multiple affiliate products with the same hot button.

In the same way, if you have an email subject line that gets high interest, you can make that the title of a live stream or Youtube video.

You can csreate a thumbnail for the video, upload to Youtube and use the hook as the title of the video.

You can also do it in reverse.

Look at Youtube videos on your topic with big views and do live streams using the general hook.  Since it already performed well on  Youtube, you know it's a good hook.

In fact, the first place to look for hooks is probably Youtube because it's so fast and easy to see views.

Of course, you look cross channel as the views could be caused by the reputation of the Creator. But if you see a trend on that topic across videos by different Creators, you know you're onto something.

Once you find a GREAT hook, you can turn it into a Kindle book. And do a blog post with the title.

One of the things you can promote is my free daily live streams.  When people click and sign up, they're tagged with your cookie and session id.  They go into my 29 product follow up sequence.  You have the potential to get commissions on all 29 sales.
