Affiliate Rules

Simple rules that protect your buyers, your reputation and mine. Read them once before you promote.

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Hello,

Marlon here.

I've been selling online since 1997, and the affiliates who do best over the long haul all have one thing in common: they treat their audience well. These rules exist for that reason. Most of them are common sense. A few are legal requirements. All of them apply whether you earn cash commissions through WarriorPlus or credit through my Pay for Your Training program.

By promoting any of my products, you agree to these rules, along with the WarriorPlus terms of service.

The short version

Always

  • Tell people you earn something when they buy through your link
  • Describe the products honestly
  • Email only people who asked to hear from you
  • Follow the rules of every group and platform you post in
  • Type PROMOTE when you request a link for the credit program

Never

  • Spam, or buy or rent email lists
  • Promise income or results
  • Pretend to be me or my company
  • Bid on my name or product names in paid search ads
  • Buy through your own link to earn credit

1Who can join

  1. Anyone 18 or older can apply to promote my products. You don't need to be a customer, although I strongly recommend owning the product you promote.
  2. Cash commissions are paid through WarriorPlus and are approved at my discretion, usually for affiliates with an established WarriorPlus record.
  3. The Pay for Your Training credit program is open to everyone. When you request your link, type the code word PROMOTE in the message box so I know which program you're joining.
  4. I may approve, decline or remove any affiliate at any time, for any reason, including a poor fit between your audience and my products.

2How credit works

  1. You earn 30% of each sale made through your affiliate link, including upsells, as credit.
  2. Credit is not cash. It has no cash value, can't be withdrawn, sold or transferred, and can't be exchanged for money.
  3. Credit can be used toward one of my full product funnels or a program priced at $200 or more. It can't be applied to a single product inside a funnel. You keep earning until your credit covers the whole funnel or program.
  4. Credit is earned only on completed sales. If a sale is refunded or charged back, the credit from that sale is removed.
  5. Sales you make to yourself, through your own link or for your own accounts, don't earn credit.
  6. Sales are tracked by WarriorPlus, and the last affiliate link a buyer clicked before buying gets credit for the sale. If there's a question about who referred a sale, WarriorPlus tracking decides it.
  7. I can't move a sale or a customer from one affiliate to another after the fact, even if the buyer asks me to. Make sure your buyers click your link before they buy.
  8. To claim your reward, contact my support desk at getyoursupport.com once your credit covers it. Credit expires one year after the sale that earned it, so use it within 12 months.
  9. I may change which funnels and programs credit can be used for, and what they cost. Credit you've already earned keeps its dollar value.

3Be honest about what you earn

  1. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission requires you to disclose that you can earn something when people buy through your link. Credit counts. So does a cash commission.
  2. Put the disclosure where people will see it before they click: in the email, in the post, or next to the link. A line at the bottom of a long page or in a footer isn't enough.
  3. Plain words work best. For example: "I earn credit if you buy through my link." or "I'm an affiliate and earn a commission on sales."
  4. On video and live streams, say it out loud as well as writing it in the description.

4No income claims, no false claims

  1. Don't promise or suggest that anyone will make a specific amount of money, or any money at all. Most people who buy business training earn little or nothing.
  2. Don't share earnings screenshots or results, yours or anyone else's, as if they were typical.
  3. Don't describe a product as including something it doesn't, or claim it does something it doesn't. When in doubt, use the wording from my sales page.
  4. Don't make up testimonials, reviews or endorsements, or post reviews of a product you haven't used.
  5. Don't invent fake deadlines, fake scarcity or fake price increases. If my sales page shows a real deadline or price change, you can mention it.
  6. Don't make health, legal or financial claims of any kind about my products.

5Email rules

  1. Email only people who have asked to hear from you. No purchased, rented, scraped or shared lists, ever.
  2. Every email must follow the CAN-SPAM Act and any other laws that apply to you and the people you email: your real name or business, a working unsubscribe link, your physical mailing address and an honest subject line.
  3. If you email people outside the U.S., follow their laws too, such as GDPR in the EU and CASL in Canada.
  4. Don't make your emails look like they come from me or from Higher Response Marketing. Send from your own name.
  5. You may use the emails in my promoter's kits. Send them as yourself, with your own name and disclosure.

6Social media and communities

  1. Follow the rules of every platform, group, forum and community you post in. If a group doesn't allow links or promotions, don't post them there.
  2. Don't spam comments, tag strangers or send mass private messages with your link.
  3. Don't create accounts, pages or groups that use my name, my face or a product name in a way that suggests they belong to me.
  4. Don't run fake accounts, bots or engagement schemes to promote my products.

7Paid advertising

  1. You may run paid ads to your own content, review page or opt-in page, as long as the ads follow these rules and the ad platform's rules.
  2. Don't bid on my name, "Marlon Sanders," "Higher Response Marketing," or any of my product names as keywords in Google, Bing or any other search ads, and don't use them in ad headlines or display URLs.
  3. Don't send paid traffic straight to my sales pages through your affiliate link unless I've approved it in writing.
  4. Don't use my photo, my likeness or my brand in paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or anywhere else, including retargeting ads. Your ads can feature you, your own brand and your bonus offer.
  5. Don't register domain names, social handles or app names that include my name or my product names.

8Using my name, images and copy

  1. You may use my name, product names, product images and the swipe copy I provide to promote my products, and only for that.
  2. Don't edit my images or my photo in a way that changes what they say, and don't use them to promote anyone else's products.
  3. Don't copy my sales pages or create pages that could be mistaken for mine. A short review page or bonus page in your own words is fine.
  4. Don't put my products, PDFs or members-area content on any public site, file-sharing service or group. Don't give away or resell my products as bonuses.

9Bonuses

  1. You may offer your own bonuses to people who buy through your link. You're responsible for creating and delivering them.
  2. Bonuses must be yours to give: your own content, or material you have the rights to distribute. Don't offer my other products as bonuses unless I've agreed to it.
  3. Don't offer cash back, rebates, gift cards or a share of your commission as an incentive to buy.

10Things that get you removed immediately

  1. Spam of any kind, or using purchased lists.
  2. Cookie stuffing, hidden links, forced clicks or any trick that sets your affiliate cookie without a real click.
  3. Buying through your own link, or using fake or stolen payment details.
  4. Pretending to be me, my company or my support team.
  5. Sharing or reselling my products without permission.
  6. Harassing or abusing customers, other affiliates or my team.

If you're removed, credit and commissions from sales that broke these rules are cancelled. I may also cancel credit you haven't used yet.

11The legal fine print

  1. You're an independent promoter, not my employee, partner or agent. You can't make commitments on my behalf.
  2. You're responsible for your own marketing, for following the laws that apply to you, and for any taxes on what you earn.
  3. I may update these rules at any time. Changes take effect when they're posted on this page. If you keep promoting after a change, that means you accept it.
  4. If any part of these rules can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

Questions?

If you're not sure whether something is allowed, ask before you do it. Contact my support desk at getyoursupport.com. I'd much rather answer a question than undo a mistake.

Thanks for promoting my products, and for doing it the right way.

Best wishes,
Marlon Sanders
